Is there a delivery fee?

We offer FREE delivery within a 10-mile radius of our location in Addison, IL. For distances beyond that, the fee is $3 per mile. When you book your rental, we will provide you with a detailed quote for the delivery fee.

What space is needed for sauna delivery?

Our mobile sauna is delivered on a trailer and requires a flat, level area for drop-off. This can be a driveway, backyard, parking lot, or any other suitable space that is easily accessible for our delivery truck and trailer. Please ensure there are no low-hanging branches or other obstacles that could hinder the trailer during delivery. What are the drop-off and pick-up times for the mobile sauna?

At Hot Spa Sauna, we provide flexible drop-off and pick-up times to fit your schedule. Typically, our drop-off occurs between 2 PM and 8 PM, while pick-up is between 9 AM and 12PM. However, we recognize that each rental is unique, and we are more than happy to work with you to find a time that suits you best. Just let us know your preferred drop-off and pick-up times, and we’ll do our utmost to accommodate your request.

What is the sauna's capacity?

Our saunas are designed to accommodate up to 6 individuals comfortably. They provide sufficient space for everyone to stretch and move while maintaining a cozy atmosphere that encourages closeness and bonding. For larger groups, feel free to take turns during 15-20 minute sessions.

How long does it take for the barrel sauna to heat up?

Typically, it takes approximately 45 minutes to reach a comfortable temperature of 180-200°F (80-90°C) in our barrel sauna. The actual heating duration can vary based on external temperature and the wood type used. We suggest beginning the heating process at least an hour before your booked session to ensure it's ready for you. When you rent a mobile barrel sauna from Hot Spa Sauna, we supply everything necessary for a soothing and invigorating sauna experience. Each rental features an 12-foot mobile barrel sauna on a trailer equipped with a wood-fired stove and LED lighting. Additionally, the rental package includes:

• 2 bundles of firewood and kindling to power the stove.

• A sauna bucket and ladle to pour water on the sauna stones.

• 3 Sauna Hats to help regulate your body temperature and keep your head cool.

Is it permissible to pour water on the heater rocks?

No, an electricity hookup is not necessary for our mobile sauna rental. Our sauna features a wood-fired heater that supplies both heat and light, delivering an authentic sauna experience. Additionally, it comes equipped with LED lighting powered by a portable power station to enhance your relaxation.

Will I need to provide anything for my sauna rental?

What paperwork is required to rent a sauna from Hot Spa Sauna?

To rent a sauna from Hot Spa Sauna, you will need to complete a rental agreement, sign a waiver, and acknowledge the user manual. These documents confirm that you understand the rental terms and accept responsibility for safe sauna use. The rental agreement details our cancellation policy, fees, and other essential information regarding the rental process. The waiver serves as a legal document that releases Hot Spa Sauna from liability in the event of injury or property damage. You can complete these documents online or in person at the time of rental. Additionally, a $200 security deposit is required to secure your reservation. Our team will provide you with all the necessary information during the rental process to ensure a seamless and stress-free experience.

What is your policy on cancellations?

At Hot Spa Sauna, we recognize that circumstances can change unexpectedly, so we offer a 7-day cancellation policy: if you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, we ask for at least 7 days' notice to qualify for a full refund. Unfortunately, if you cancel within 7 days of your rental date, no refund will be given unless we can successfully rebook the rental period.
